Buffalo Chicken Dip

Want a kick ass party or picnic dish? 

This will knock the sock off your friends and it's simple to make.

1 onion

1 1/2 lbs chicken breast

1lb cream cheese

3/4 cup hot sauce (Frank's Red Hot)

1 cup ranch dressing

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

veggies, crackers or chips for serving

Dice onion and saute until soft.  Slice chicken into small strip and add to pan.  Using a metal spatula chop chicken like a professional cheese steak maker.  The smaller you can chop up the chicken the better the dip.  When the chicken is fully cooked add the hot sauce and simmer 2-3 minutes.  Add the cream cheese and use a silicon spatula to break up as it melts into the chicken.  Once cream cheese is completely incorporated add ranch and cheddar.  Stir until dip is smooth and all ingredients are incorporated.  Serve warm to allow for better dipping or in one of those small crock pots to keep soft.
