Blue Cheese Dressing

This is one of my all time favorites that I have been perfecting for years. 

6-8 oz blue cheese

6 tbls butter milk (full fat, the good stuff)

6 tbls sour cream

4 tbls mayo (real)

1 tbls white wine vinegar

1 tsp sugar

1 tsp garlic powder (or 1 tbls fresh minced garlic)

Salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste

Mash the blue cheese and buttermilk together in a bowl.  Use a fork and work it until your happy with the size of the chunks.  Stir in all remaining ingedients and season with the salt and pepper.  Refrigerate overnight.  FYI...the quality of the cheese you buy will make or break this recipe.  Don't be cheap and get mad at me when your dressing blows.  The greener and stinkier the better if your a fan.
