Deviled Eggs

12 eggs

4 tbls mayo

11/2 tbls dijon mustard

1 tbls sweet relish

salt

pepper

paprika for dusting

Place eggs in a large pot, cover with water and boil for 20 minutes.  Remove from pot and peel.  Carefully slice the eggs in half lengthwise.  Remove centers and place in a small bowl and put whites on a platter.  Add all ingredients (except paprika) to the yolks and mix.  I use my immersion blender to get a nice consistency.Scoop mixture into a ziploc bag and cut of the bottom corner.  Use bag to squeeze filling into egg whites.  Dust with paprika, chill for 30 minutes and serve.
