Ingredients:
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
2 cups penne pasta, uncooked
2 cups chicken broth
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions:
Pop the chicken breasts into the crockpot and sprinkle them with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
Pour in the chicken broth, cover it up, and let it cook on low for about 4 hours.
Once the chicken’s cooked, pull it out, shred it up, and set it aside.
Next, toss the pasta right into the crockpot, give it a good stir, and cook on low for another 30–40 minutes, until the pasta’s nice and tender.
Finally, stir in the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and shredded chicken. Let everything cook together for another 5 minutes — then it’s ready to serve!
